Putin Claims To Have Russia’s ‘Very Friendly’ Relations With Saudi Crown Prince

Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced that his nation owns “very friendly personal relations” with Saudi Crown Prince and de facto ruler Mohammed bin Salman.

Putin is on his first visit to Saudi Arabia in over a decade, where he addressed the Arab broadcasters in an interview, as well as Saudi-owned Al Arabiya TV.

Putin, continued, “We will absolutely work with Saudi Arabia and our other partners and friends in the Arab world… to reduce to zero any attempt to destabilise the oil market,”

As being a non-member in past, Russia has cooperated intimately with the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), is led by Saudi Arabia.

The group has been limited its supply moving to a rebound in prices following the fall down of 2014-2015, that brought bad effects on the Russian economy.

Putin told, “Our goal is to stabilize the situation in the global hydrocarbon market,”
