Prosecutors are investigating a newly surfaced video shows the musician R. Kelly having sex with a girl who supposed to be an underage girl, according to a report by the celebrity lawyer Michael Avenatti on Thursday.
The 52-year-old An American singer has been trailed by allegations of sexual misconduct and abuse for years, while he had never been found guilty of a crime. However, the dominant R&B singer had also been convicted of child pornography accusations relating to video footage that, prosecutors said, demonstrated Kelly having sex with an underage girl or said to be discovered with body parts as 14 years old.
Avenatti is a representative for a man he calls a whistleblower against Kelly, informed he gave the tape to the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Chicago about a week ago.
Nonetheless, the father of three as Jay Kelly, Joann Kelly, and Robert Kelly Jr. has announced during an interview as well as on his Twitter that the tape was made in the late 1990s has not been without any relation at all to the same tape in the 2008 trial.
Kelly said that he had turned it over to the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Chicago, which has been used in the investigation to asses Kelly’s conduct, although the singer refused all question was asked about the newly surfaced sex tape on Thursday.

According to a report was published by CNN, in which it is said to be that the newly provided sex video is discovered about 45 minutes long consists of the two scenes, one of which was performed in a living room whereas another in a bedroom.
CNN report also demonstrated that the video footage is also showing that R. Kelly is having sex with an underage girl is believed to be about 14 years old in term of her body structure, making multiple styles. It is also reported to be that Kelly also appeared urinates on her.
