Elizabeth Smart’s Kidnapper Lives Near Parkview Elementary School

Salt Lake City: A woman who helped kidnapper in Elizabeth Smart’s kidnapping is living several blocks from a Salt Lake City elementary school after her release from prison in September, Utah’s sex-offender registry reported.

In 2010, an old lady Wanda Barzee was sentenced to 15 years in jail for her collaboration to kidnapper husband who abducted Elizabeth Ann Smart at age her fourteen on 5 June 2002 at knifepoint.

The 73-year-old woman is listed in the registry as living in a residence close to the elementary school after her initial placement in a halfway home. She was released from jail on parole much earlier than expected, in spite of Wanda’s negative response to cooperate with mental health professionals while incarcerated.

However, on Monday, Federal probation officers have not returned a telephone message looking for the statement regarding the Barzee’s living arrangement in the neighborhood of Parkview Elementary School.

Nonetheless, Mr. Brian David Mitchell, a street preacher, is reported to be rapping more than one time of Elizabeth Smart who was just 14 at that time. Smart, who is a victim of David Mitchell’s brutality was held incarcerated for about nine months before rescuing and founding by authorities.

Now the innocent Smart has turned 31, is married with three young children and she has turned out to be a child safety advocate, said in her statement, those victimize children of their lust, shouldn’t not be forgiven as well their presence will not be allowed close to schools.

She said in a report like this, “Every possible caution and protection should be taken when it comes to protecting our children.”

Smart added, “Whether a person is deemed a current threat or if they have a history of child abuse, neglect, sexual violence, etc., prudent measures should be taken, including housing them as far away as possible from schools, families and community centers,”

Smart has faced experienced sexually abusing, earlier condemned Barzee’s release that emerged over five years previous than anticipated after the Utah Board of Pardons and Parole settled on it had taken wrong the time Barzee was required to dished up in jail.

According to Smart, this is incomprehensible that someone who had not been managed well considering her mental health evaluations or risk assessments could be let out, while the 31-year-old victim has also made public, wouldn’t let Barzee’s release stop her from living her life.

On the other side, the school holds students from kindergarten through fifth grade, is shut down for winter break. Although, a spokeswoman for the Salt Lake City School District, Yandary Chatwin has not made public any statement.
