Tappahannock singer Chris Brown has been released from Paris police custody late Tuesday evening with no charges filed, the Paris prosecutor’s office said. He was taken into custody on Monday with allegations of drug use and aggravated rape.
The 29-year-old American singer has also denied the accusations by a 24-year-old model accuser whose is not allowed to make public by authorities. She filed a police complaint by stating the US singer together with his bodyguard and friend assaulted her at dawn hours of January 16.
The accuser model also added that she joined one of the best American singers at the party at the Crystal Lounge in Paris’s 8th arrondissement on the late hours of the 15th January before moving back to Brown’s hotel, the Mandarin Oriental.
The model reportedly addressed French magazine “Closer” where she claimed that Tappahannock singer along with his bodyguard both snatched cell phones those were partying and Brown along with about fifteen other females, accuser model, and staff had a cocaine-fueled festivity in his group.
According to accuser female’s statement, after cocaine party, Brown took her into a dressing room by pulling brutally when she turned the bathroom and raped her in a manner what she explained as “brutal et violent.”
The Battle of the Year: The Dream Team star then let her out, she continued, later on, one of Brown’s friends headed her which the accuser model believed he would help her to achieve cell phone back from the bodyguard.
The model added saying all went opposite her thought as he also took her dragging brutally to his room, locked her in, and started sexually assaulting and then singer’s bodyguard entered to fulfill his lust. However, the accuser model whose name is still being hidden reported the incident a few days later.
On another side, Brown has been in and out of legal trouble for the last decade, since pleading guilty to physically attacking his former girlfriend Rihanna. The American vocalist is also being sued over a rape which reportedly happened at his residence in 2017’s February.
Nevertheless, the Paris prosecutor’s office said the case is still under investigation, while Brown has been allowed to release and leave France.
Some other legal troubles such as trial on felony battery charges from a quarrel with a photographer over the summer.
Previous he is scheduled to be accused on 6 February for wrong charges stemming from keeping a capuchin monkey named Fiji with no a permit which is a crime California Fish and he was founded by Wildlife agents when he posted a picture of the monkey to Instagram earlier this month.
