He was born on 20 October 1971 in Long Beach, California, the United States to Beverly Broadus and Vernell Varnado, was a mail carrier, Vietnam veteran, and singer.
Career
Dogg started his musical journey in 1992 discovered by Dr. Dre and featured on his solo debut ‘Deep Cover’ and then featured on Dre’s solo debut album titled The Chronic.
As Dogg was discovered by Dr. Dre who produced his first album ‘Doggystyle’, was made public in 1993 by Death Row Records. This black rapper stirred up featuring on The Chronic, the album debuted at number one on both the Billboard 200 and Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts.
