However, the airport has announced via Twitter on Saturday night that there had been a partial “equipment failure” involving a jet bridge. It is said to be in latest reports that the latest the incident at Gate E-10 caused six people with non-life-threatening injuries, while those have been taken to the nearest medical centers.

According to airport officials, the Flight 822 took off from Punta Cana carrying passengers, told a female passenger who went ill during the journey, after landing medical officials were driving her out, though  the ramp to the gate fell down.

Southwest Airlines has revealed their report that the Flight 822 had just landed the airport after taking off from Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and officials were asked medical support for a woman a passenger who had been undergoing critical situation.
