Disney moves back to Pride Lands in the first official trailer for Jon Favreau’s remake of “The Lion King.” The trailer reveals dazzlingly realistic sights of the African savannah include antelopes, zebras, and giraffes.
But after watching the whole clip, the upcoming remake of The Lion King by Disney appears to be a pretty clear-cut copy of the 1994 animated original. The clip shows a young Simba is being advised by his bad uncle Scar.
Don’t know why The Walt Disney try to use something but moved back to the 1994 Lion King using old script and theme which they refer to newer but less animated-looking.
The film is directed by Jon Favreau who has shown his best directing the 2016 remake of The Jungle Book, while his current directorial apparently comes with few surprises.
The upcoming American musical fantasy drama film will not be giving something new but retrieving our cuddly faves from the Animal Kingdom.
It holds voice stars such as Donald Glover, Seth Rogen, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Alfre Woodard, Billy Eichner, John Kani, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and others.
After watching The Lion King trailer, so many are in discussions whether the remake meets the criteria as a live-action film, though the film may bring required amount of joy in spite of being an imitation of previous same name film.
Disney has been receiving criticism since they released the first teaser on Thanksgiving, while the remake had been expected as live action although the teaser made disappointed fans when they found the first clip from the film similar to original animated.
So being not-so-live look, The Lion King may face disdain by the fans who had never thought like this. However, if it technically to be considered the animal animated venture comes out CGI as compared to live action.
Disney is scheduled to release The Lion King on July 19, 2019, let’s will the movie be removing confusion and controversy of fans?
